METHOD : First clean the coconuts well. Then grind the coconuts with a fork. This time you can make your own coconut oil by following just three steps.

  • 1ST STEP -  The first step is to grind the roasted coconuts in a mixer with equal amount of warm water. Mashed coconut should be sifted through a white cloth or strained milk.

  • 2ND STEP - The coconut milk should be kept in a good container and covered for full 24 hours. It is best to keep the milk in the fridge, but if you can't, keep it in a cool place.

  • 3RD STEP -  After 24 hours, open the container and see if the cream is frozen on top. Once the cream and water are separated, pick up the cream and take it to a frying pan or pan. Now who will leave the gas pressure in the pan. Now keep stirring the cream with a fork until the oil comes out well. 

When the oil starts to come out of the cream, you will reduce the heat of the oven. Keep stirring until the cream solidifies and turns brown. 

Wow you have prepared your virgin coconut oil. Now strain the oil from the pan and let it cool in a container. Once it is cold, it is ready to use then.
